Material cutting
Our in-house laser was chosen specifically to handle just about all of our laser cutting work requirements. However, when our laser cutter meets its match (i.e., really thick material), our trusted partners have high-powered waterjet machines and plasma cutters that can help us get the job done.
CNC machining services
Just like our laser, we have manual and CNC milling capabilities that fit most of our standard work. Manual lathe work? We’ve got you covered. But for high-precision machining jobs like those involving exceptionally tight tolerances or complex features, we bring in partners who specialize in CNC machining services. These tested and trusted professionals work in tandem with our in-house team to ensure your project receives the expert craftsmanship it deserves.
High-volume jobs
When you send us a high-quantity order, we often task our material vendors with pre-cutting your materials to size. By beginning your job with pre-cut workpieces, we’re equipped to meet (or beat) your required lead time while providing five-star quality from quote to delivery.
Metal finishing services
We’ve forged strong relationships with outside experts in painting, powder coating, anodizing, and sandblasting, so we leave those premium metal finishing services to the specialists who do them best. When your finished parts arrive back at our shop, we inspect them for quality and address any issues on your behalf. Rest assured that any part we deliver meets Baillie Fab’s standards, whether we performed every service in-house or relied on an external partner.
Polishing
Baillie Fab provides in-house polishing services, but for large-volume productions, oversized parts, and mirror finishes, we leverage the exceptional skill of our exclusive polishing partners. These pros perform nothing but polishing processes, day in and day out, making them the ideal support vendors when polishing is a key factor in your project’s success.
